Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position involves managing the front desk during nighttime hours, performing detailed financial audits, and providing top-tier customer service to our guests. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence while ensuring safety and operational efficiency throughout the night. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Conduct nightly financial audits, including verifying reservations, posting charges, and balancing accounts using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a friendly attitude. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing access control during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues affecting guest comfort or safety during your shift. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment; resort experience is a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette for multi-line phone systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence and guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and operational accuracy. Prior experience with night audit processes or hotel night operations is preferred.
