This energetic role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain hotel security, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and perform financial reconciliations—all while creating a welcoming and safe environment for our guests. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service around the clock. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries during overnight shifts Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial reconciliations to ensure smooth daily operations Respond promptly to guest requests or issues, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and special requests efficiently Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Proficient in hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of guest relations principles and phone etiquette to enhance guest satisfaction Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining high attention to detail Experience in front desk operations combined with a solid understanding of hospitality standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive during night shifts.
