Responsibilities:
The duties of a Front Desk Night Audit Associate encompass tasks such as guest check-ins, reservation management, and offering details about rooms, rates, and amenities. We seek a self-motivated individual with a good understanding of the local area and the capability to provide recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the welcoming culture that our guests deeply appreciate. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (such as contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Find a resolution to guest dissatisfaction Keep contact with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals Correspondence via email with guests regarding their stay Skills People pleasing attitude Naturally conversational
Requirements:
Weekend availability is a must We believe in the right attitude and the rest can be trained! Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred but not necessary Willingness to learn software Excellent communication skills Must be available to work weekends as needed Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision
