Night Auditor:

1. Front Desk Guest Service Check in late-arriving guests Assist with guest requests overnight Handle phone calls, wake-up calls, and emergencies Resolve guest complaints during overnight hours 2. Nightly Financial Reconciliation Balance daily room revenue and payments Reconcile cash, credit card, and billing transactions Verify guest folios and charges are accurate Close out the hotel's business day in the PMS system 3. Reporting Run daily revenue reports Prepare occupancy and arrival/departure reports Audit no-shows, cancellations, and rate discrepancies Send management overnight summaries if required 4. Security Oversight Monitor lobby and property activity overnight Ensure doors/access points are secure Respond to safety or emergency situations

Typical Shift:

Usually works between 11:00 PM - 7:00
