We're a locally owned small business with a warm, quirky atmosphere and a serious love for good food, coffee, and community. We're building a team of kind, hardworking folks who care about hospitality and take pride in their craft—or are excited to learn it. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper storage and handling of ingredients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Perform prep work such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or culinary setting. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
