This overnight position is an important role in the hotel, combining guest service, front desk operations, nightly financial auditing, light cleaning, and property oversight. The ideal candidate should be dependable, comfortable working overnight shifts, and able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized front desk and lobby area. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in, check-out, and overnight inquiries. Answer multi-line phones, respond to guest requests, and assist with reservation changes or questions. Perform the nightly audit process, including reviewing transactions, balancing reports, verifying payments, and identifying any discrepancies. Prepare accurate shift reports, audit paperwork, incident logs, and other documentation for management. Monitor the property during overnight hours, including CCTV, lobby activity, entrances, and guest areas. Follow hotel safety, security, confidentiality, and guest service policies. Assist guests with basic needs such as extra towels, room keys, directions, billing questions, and general hotel information. Communicate clearly with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding guest issues, room concerns, or maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, business area, and nearby public spaces. Complete light cleaning duties during the overnight shift, including wiping counters, organizing the front desk, restocking supplies, cleaning lobby tables, checking restrooms, taking out small trash if needed, and keeping the guest-facing areas presentable. Ensure the front desk area is ready for the morning shift and breakfast period. Preferred Requirements Must be able to successfully pass a background check. Prior hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred. Experience with hotel PMS systems is preferred, but training may be provided. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle guest concerns calmly and respectfully. Ability to work overnight shifts consistently and remain alert, focused, and detail-oriented. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems quickly. Must be dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Ability to follow procedures, complete reports accurately, and communicate important information to management. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Do other task as assign Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or Guest Service Representative. Experience working in hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality environments. Knowledge of reservations, guest billing, payment processing, and hotel operations.
