Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your multilingual skills and hospitality management expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first line of support during nighttime hours, maintaining hotel security, accuracy in financial transactions, and guest satisfaction. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and inquiries using excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Manage guest accounts by balancing daily financial transactions accurately and preparing reports for management review Conduct routine audits of front desk operations to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly, offering local information, and enhancing overall guest relations Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the hotel premises, and respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals and resolve any overnight issues Maintain detailed records of all night audit activities, including shift reports, incident logs, and guest requests Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Previous experience working in a resort or hotel environment is preferred Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
