This is an overnight position and the hours will be 11pm- 7am. Weekends and holidays are required. Duties include, but are not limited to: Check guests into and out of the hotel accurately. Efficiently handle all payments received whether they are cash, credit card or checks. Must balance all monies at the end of the shift. Ensure that all proper documentation is recorded and communicated. Responsible for creating, cancelling and modifying reservations. Offer the upmost respect and friendliness to each guest. Ensure the lobby, front desk area, and back office is kept clean, organized, pleasing to they eye and stocked with the necessary supplies.
Skills, Background and Experience:
Previous front desk experience is preferred but not required. Excellent organization and prioritization skills Customer service skills Communication skills Required to stand for 8 hours at one time Able to work a flexible schedule
