Shifts are every Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the late hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel, providing top-notch customer service, and conducting thorough night audits to maintain accuracy in financial transactions.Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all financial transactions are accurately accounted for.
- Welcome guests warmly during late-night check-ins and assist with any inquiries or requests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Manage phone systems to address guest inquiries and room service orders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area for a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with bilingual guests using your language skills to enhance their experience.
- Execute tasks related to guest relations and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential for this position.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds when needed.
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices is a plus.
