We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team and help ensure smooth overnight operations while delivering the exceptional service Hampton is known for. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and reconciling daily transactions Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Prepare daily reports and ensure accuracy of financial records Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night Communicate effectively with management and morning staff regarding any issues or updates Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and basic math/computer skills Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be dependable and punctual Schedule Requirements This is an overnight position (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) Weekends and holidays are required as part of the regular schedule Flexibility is essential to meet business needs Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Employee discounts at Hilton properties worldwide Opportunities for advancement within the Hilton brand Supportive, team-oriented work environment Join Our Team!
