This role will provide amazing guest service while maintaining the full operational functionality of the building. You and the entire engineering team are responsible for the repair, service, and preventative maintenance of all things within and outside of the hotel building. Essential Job Functions:

Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requestsDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail in preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports, and in creating and balancing PMS reports for revenue and settlement accountsMake corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shiftEnter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant SummaryEfficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesyResolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbsStanding and moving about in the guest services and restaurant/bar areas throughout the shiftPrimarily standing for majority of shift

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

Hotel experience preferred1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent requiredKnowledge of accounting operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, server service fees, etc.
