In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of financial and administrative records. Your proactive approach will help uphold our high standards of hospitality, safety, and operational excellence during the overnight shift. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience. Perform nightly audit procedures by reconciling daily financial using hotel management software. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently. Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and billing details while ensuring data security and confidentiality. Conduct routine security checks of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and the property perimeter to ensure safety and compliance with hotel emergency procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues related to accommodations or services, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support smooth handovers and operational transparency. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including front desk operations and guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests. Experience with hotel management systems Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and resort experience enhances your ability to handle unexpected situations confidently. Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail during night audit processes.
