In this vital role, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, maintain accurate property records, and provide outstanding guest services during the quiet hours of the night. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our high standards of safety, security, and guest satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Conduct nightly audits of front desk transactions, including billing, reservations, and payments using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Verify guest accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly to ensure smooth check-out processes. Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, occupancy levels, and any incidents that occur during your shift. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Respond efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints via multi-line phone systems or in person with professionalism and hospitality-focused service. Assist with late-night check-ins or check-outs for arriving or departing guests while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, ensuring guest safety and proper documentation of any incidents or unusual activities. Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure all guest services are delivered smoothly during overnight hours. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance guest relations across diverse populations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and resort experience is preferred. Excellent phone communication skills with proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Experience working in hospitality environments that require attention to detail during night shifts, including resort settings if applicable.
