Duties Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and prepare reports for the next day's operations. Address guest needs promptly by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, guest requests, and incident reports during your shift. Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and property security at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a hospitality setting. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and hospitality best practices. Ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and tact while maintaining a positive attitude. Resort experience or working within large-scale hotel environments is a plus.
