Part-Time Night Auditor Holiday Inn Express - Plymouth, MN Holiday Inn Express Plymouth is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service during the overnight shift while completing nightly accounting and ensuring the hotel is secure and running smoothly. Position Part-Time Overnight / Night Audit Shift (11 PM - 7 AM) Sunday & Monday Weekend availability preferred Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours Check guests in and out professionally and efficiently Answer phones and respond to guest requests Complete the nightly audit and balance hotel accounts Process payments and reservations Prepare daily reports and paperwork Monitor the hotel and maintain a safe, secure environment Assist with light overnight duties and maintain the front desk area Provide exceptional customer service to our guests Qualifications Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Reliable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle the overnight shift responsibly Must be dependable and punctual Why Join Us?
