What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service to guests during the overnight hours Perform nightly audits of daily financial transactions Check guests in and out with accuracy and efficiency Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any overnight issues Ensure a smooth and secure environment during the night

We're Looking For:

Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred (but not required - we'll train the right person!) Strong attention to detail and basic math/accounting skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us?
