Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy in billing and accounting records. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest requests, reservations, and emergency calls with courteous phone etiquette. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform visual inspections of common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness. Enforce hotel emergency procedures efficiently during incidents or safety concerns, coordinating with appropriate departments as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and fostering positive guest relations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and hotel management practices. Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency and professional phone etiquette. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
