Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a seamless overnight experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the integrity of our hotel's financial records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence around the clock. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and phone etiquette Manage the front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest concerns efficiently Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Maintain detailed records of all activities, including shift reports, incident logs, and guest requests for accountability and future reference Oversee multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications professionally in multiple languages if applicable Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles with a strong background in front desk operations or night audit functions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle guest relations diplomatically Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism and alertness Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous; familiarity with guest services protocols is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine brightest during the quiet hours of the night.
