This role ensures a positive guest experience while maintaining the service standards of Tru by Hilton , part of Hilton Worldwide Holdings . Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming hotel experience. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions. Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate guest records and payment information. Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other methods. Folding towels and stocking them in public areas. Set up breakfast buffet.
