Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, managing front desk operations with professionalism and warmth. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth check-ins, excellent customer service, and seamless office management. Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer support throughout their stay or visit Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and handle reservations efficiently Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document organization Assist with clerical tasks including typing, filing, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace Provide support with bookkeeping or basic QuickBooks entries as needed for administrative accuracy Uphold professional phone etiquette and deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions Experience Prior office or administrative experience, preferably in a reception or front desk role Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests and team members Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading is highly desirable Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant experience is advantageous but not required Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us to be the welcoming face of our hotel!
