As the first point of contact during nighttime hours, you will manage front desk functions, handle guest inquiries, and oversee the accuracy of daily financial transactions. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain the hotel's reputation for outstanding service while ensuring safety and operational efficiency throughout the night. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservation modifications using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Conduct nightly audits to verify room charges, payments, and account balances, ensuring accuracy in financial records Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills Support front desk operations by managing guest relations, handling phone communication with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Experience working with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Prior experience in hospitality reservation systems and hotel night audit functions is highly desirable Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying a vibrant work environment that values your dedication.
