Full Job Description SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, the Night Auditor is responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift. Night Auditors must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. They must also be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations. Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Assume responsibility for front office management: perform guest check in/out, make reservations, prepare daily reports, balance the days transactions and conduct security walks. 2. Delivers outstanding guest service and financial profitability. 3. Audits, posts and balances and submits daily financial transactions. 4. Audits, posts and balances daily cashier work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food & Beverage. 5. Ensures credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists. 6. Informs and trains team members as needed. 7. Shares information pertinent to front desk operations or related with management or other employees. 8. Responds to all urgent situations that require a decision to ensure the safety of guests (walks, fire procedures, security concerns). 9. Performs other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.
