The Position:
Our Night Auditors are the unsung hero of our guest operations. It takes a certain type of person who can work solo on an overnight shift and ensure our morning staff are set up for success, and that's where you come in. Responsible for reconciling accounts, keeping our property secure, and helping our late-to-arrive guests check in, you see your variety of responsibilities as a good thing! As a customer-oriented team member you have good communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Additional responsibilities include:
Ensure all accounts are reconciled each night Prepare morning paperwork for Front Desk and Housekeeping Responsible for completing nightly cleaning assignments Be the point of contact for any guest requests and communication, including inputting and retrieving information from our reservation system, assisting with reservations, and providing directions and information as requested Secure all doors and gates on the property and conduct a floor sweep of areas Qualifications Availability to work overnights, 11pm to 7am Be friendly and smiling Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems . Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
