First impressions matter, and that’s where you come in! You will serve as the face of The Greystone Inn. Your interactions with our guests will have an important impact and set the tone for their entire stay. Warm, empathetic, with a genuine interest in meeting new people, you will have many opportunities to brighten someone’s day. As a customer-oriented team member you have good communication, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills, and love to have variety in your daily work.Additional responsibilities include:
Â- Helping guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure Â
- Inputting and retrieving information from our reservation system, assisting with reservations, and providing directions and information as requested Â
- Having a thorough knowledge of our hotel information including room types, rates, packages, and local areas of interest Â
- Be the point of contact for all guest requests and communication Qualifications Â
- Be friendly and smiling Â
- Good communication skills Â
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Â
- Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
