Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and maintain the safety and security of the hotel property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our standards of service excellence while providing a welcoming environment for all guests arriving after hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, balancing cash drawers, and reconciling daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a night audit role or similar capacity. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and proficiency in handling financial transactions accurately. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for auditing and recordkeeping tasks. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities during overnight hours. Familiarity with guest services, hotel security procedures, and phone etiquette standards within a resort or hotel environment. Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and delivering outstanding guest relations.
