In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing front desk responsibilities, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that keeps guests satisfied and operations running smoothly through the night. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency Manage multi-line phone systems, providing courteous and clear communication to guests and staff alike Conduct the nightly audit process using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and balanced Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor hotel emergency procedures and respond swiftly to any incidents or safety concerns during the overnight shift Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Maintain security by controlling access to the property, conducting visual inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling client interactions via multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest stays into memorable experiences.
