This energetic position combines the responsibilities of front desk management, guest relations, and financial reconciliation, all while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests during the overnight hours, ensuring their safety and satisfaction while supporting the overall success of our hotel. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight shifts Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and responding promptly to any emergency situations or guest concerns Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations and ensure compliance with hotel policies Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and resolve issues swiftly Uphold excellent phone etiquette, customer service standards, and multilingual communication skills to serve an international clientele effectively Various duties with boutique all departments prepping all teams for the next day and tasks to help maintain and keep up with following day Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to problem-solve and handle guest complaints professionally Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality reservation systems Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse guests from around the world Experience working with multi-line phone systems, resort environments, or property management systems enhances your candidacy Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock!
