Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vigilant guardian of our property during the overnight hours. This vital role combines the responsibilities of front desk operations, guest services, and financial reconciliation to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the safety and security of the hotel. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Manage overnight front desk operations, including answering phone calls with professional phone etiquette and addressing guest inquiries promptly Reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all accounting procedures related to guest accounts and hotel revenue Conduct thorough security checks of the premises, adhering to hotel emergency procedures to maintain guest safety and property security Handle guest requests, complaints, and problem-solving scenarios with exceptional customer service skills, fostering positive guest relations Monitor CCTV surveillance, perform visual inspections of the property, and document any irregularities or incidents during your shift Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and ensure all property management system data is accurate and up-to-date Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or hotel environment with night audit responsibilities Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and security best practices Exceptional phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Previous experience working in a hotel environment with night audit duties is highly desirable Hospitality certification or training related to front desk operations is advantageous Join us as a Night Auditor and become an integral part of creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours. Pay:
$17.50 - $18.00 per hour
