Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, providing friendly assistance while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and financial transactions. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional customer service. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, addressing requests and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform visual inspections of common areas to uphold safety protocols and monitoring multi-line phone systems to handle guest request, reservations and internal communications efficiently. Handle emergency procedures swiftly and effectively, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure guest safety and property security. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and occupancy data for management review. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and guest communication. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software such as PEP or other property management systems (PMS) is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols. Experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
