Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at The Empire Hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional service to our guests while managing financial transactions and reports. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. Duties Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay. Manage phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area. Experience Previous experience as a night auditor. OPERA Cloud experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone etiquette is essential for success in this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts are critical.
