In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and maintain the security and integrity of the hotel during nighttime hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Check in and check out guests efficiently, handling reservations, billing, and account adjustments with precision. Monitor hotel security systems, conduct routine patrols of public areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the property. Manage night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy for accounting purposes. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Maintain detailed logs of incidents, maintenance requests, and other relevant activities during the overnight shift. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or resolve issues quickly and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and clear reporting abilities. Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is a plus.
