Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics to support management decisions. Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks around the property. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating with housekeeping staff as needed. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to ensure efficient operations. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate financial and operational recordkeeping. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism. Familiarity with guest services, hospitality standards, and phone etiquette to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
