Responsibilities Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing details to ensure data integrity and compliance with hotel policies Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with promptness and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction Monitor security cameras, conduct safety inspections, and follow hotel emergency procedures to safeguard guests and staff during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports highlighting any incidents or irregularities for management review Communicate effectively via phone and in person with guests, staff, and emergency responders using proper phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit procedures Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance guest communication and client relations in diverse environments Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS).
