Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact during nighttime hours, you will manage front desk responsibilities, oversee guest services, and maintain accurate financial records. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence, creating a welcoming environment for all guests while ensuring safety and operational efficiency throughout the night. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and professional customer service Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and property management system (PMS) entries such as OPERA or similar platforms Address guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with multilingual or bilingual guests to enhance guest relations Follow hotel emergency procedures to respond swiftly to incidents or safety concerns during night shifts Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations and guest services Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable hotel management software Excellent customer service skills with problem-solving capabilities to handle guest concerns efficiently Ability to communicate clearly via multi-line phone systems and handle multiple communication channels simultaneously Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety during night hours Exceptional phone etiquette and client communication skills to foster positive guest relations in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences around the clock!
Pay:
$13.00 - $13.50 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
