Handle all night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy for the next day's operations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering strong guest relations. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the property, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety for guests and staff. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs or resolve issues swiftly. Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations, inquiries, or emergencies during overnight hours. Requirements Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred; familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA is highly advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and property management systems (PMS). Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism in all client communication. Previous resort or hotel experience is desirable; experience working with multi-lingual guests is beneficial.
