Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Experienced Night Auditor to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the overnight ambassador for our hotel, ensuring seamless operations during the late hours while delivering exceptional guest services. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain the highest standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to enhance guest experiences Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage and conducting safety inspections of the property during night hours Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information in multiple languages if needed Support guest relations by providing personalized service, addressing special requests, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, particularly in night audit or front desk functions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and the ability to handle diverse guest needs Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills that facilitate communication with a broad range of guests Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management principles Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and guests from various backgrounds Join us as an Experienced Night Auditor and be part of a passionate team committed to creating memorable stays for every guest.
