Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor working Monday through Wednesday! In this energetic and vital role, you will be the first point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Conduct the nightly audit process, verifying all financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA. Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries using excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized guest services to enhance their stay. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Maintain detailed records of all night audit activities, incident reports, and shift logs for accountability. Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and operational continuity overnight. Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems and update guest information accurately. Assist with hotel laundry overnight, on an as needed basis. Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents. Exceptional phone communication skills combined with good hospitality etiquette.
