Hotel Night Auditor Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ponca City, OK Are you a night owl looking for a rewarding position in hospitality Holiday Inn Express & Suites is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team.

Schedule:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Responsibilities Welcome and assist hotel guests with exceptional customer service Complete nightly audit reporting procedures Answer phones and make reservations Prepare & set up breakfast Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk & lobby area Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally Qualifications At least 1 year of hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Night Audit experience is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate Comfortable using computers, hotel software, and multi-line phone systems Strong attention to detail & the ability to multi-task independently Excellent communication and problem solving skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required Great opportunity for college students or individuals who enjoy overnight work.
