Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and deliver outstanding guest services during the late-night hours. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining smooth hotel operations throughout the night. Duties Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing discrepancies Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and positive relations Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and operational issues swiftly Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse guests effectively Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a hotel setting Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion Experience working in resorts or similar hospitality environments is advantageous Join us as a Night Auditor to be the vital link between seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences.
