Hotel Night Auditor

Hotel Night Auditor:

Inn at Otter Crest is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations while providing excellent guest service. This position is responsible for balancing daily reports, assisting guests during overnight hours, and ensuring smooth front desk operations throughout the night.

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with late-night check-ins and check-outs Perform nightly audit procedures and balance financial reports Answer phones and manage guest requests professionally Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Monitor hotel security and overnight property activity Complete nightly reports and front desk documentation Transport guests around the property using a golf cart during overnight hours as needed Respond independently to guest concerns and problem-solve overnight situations professionally and efficiently Provide exceptional guest service during overnight shifts

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently overnight Comfortable operating a golf cart and assisting guests around the property Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle overnight situations calmly and professionally Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer and cash-handling experience required We look forward to welcoming you to our team at Inn at Otter Crest.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
