Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our fun fast-paced team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Take drink and food orders promptly and accurately
• Prepare and serve specialty drinks, and food items
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Maintain knowledge of menu items
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work week days, weekends, and holidays as required
