Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and professionally Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries Support night audit processes by reviewing daily financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of records Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns swiftly and effectively, turning challenges into memorable experiences Train and mentor team members on hospitality management best practices, guest services, and hotel policies Coordinate with housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced environment Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong background in front desk functions Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a resort or hotel setting Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette Previous experience in guest relations, hotel experience, or resort environments is preferred Join us to lead our front desk team with energy and professionalism!
