Job Description
Be part of the opening team at Hershey Inn & Suites, the newest addition to The Official Resorts Of Hersheypark®, opening Spring 2026. Located just minutes from the Park, Hershey Inn & Suites features 130 rooms including 7 suites, complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor pool, arcade, and fitness center. The Night Auditor of Hershey Inn & Suites is responsible for conducting the front-of-the-house and heart-of-the-house financial audit for the property. Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Post and balance room, food and beverage, and related taxable charges
- Reconcile and balance all daily postings and activities
- Post and balance accounts receivable vouchers
- Generate and review daily reports for room revenue breakdown, packages, food & beverage, and retail postings.
- Review daily Front Desk activity and reports, ensuring compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts standard operating procedures, policies, and controls: Cash, Check, Credit, Bank, and Vending handling policies. Addressing discrepancies/ variances in a timely manner.
- Assist in overseeing and monitoring the ticketing process, including inventory, audit, and financial controls. Ensure compliance with Department and HE&R operational policies and procedures as well as corporate Risk Management standards (MSDS, HazCom, OSHA, etc.) relating to the department. Maintaining retention records to HE&R standards.
- Answer guest phone calls and arrange wake-up calls
- Welcome, check-in, and check out guests
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and reservations Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a high level of customer service.
