Job Title:
Hotel Night Auditor Reports directly to:
Director of Hotel Operations Job Overview:
The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Guest Services and guest satisfaction
Responsibilities and Duties:
Knowledge of hotel reservation software. Understanding of the hotel room reservation process; check in, check out, etc. Greeting guests and making them feel welcome Hotel ambassador- share property knowledge Assigning rooms Processing payments Accommodating guest requests Work with the Director of Hotel Operations on guest amenities, room blocks, rate flex, Etc. Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully completed
