Part-Time Night Auditor Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites - State College, PA We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This position is perfect for someone who works well independently, enjoys helping guests, and is comfortable handling both customer service and basic nightly accounting responsibilities. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the overnight shift while completing the hotel's end-of-day procedures. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, questions, and requests Answer phones and assist with reservations Handle guest concerns professionally and appropriately Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Complete nightly audit and end-of-day procedures Balance transactions and prepare required reports Monitor the hotel and front desk during overnight hours Maintain a clean and organized front desk/lobby area Assist with light breakfast setup as needed Communicate important information to management and the morning shift Follow hotel safety, security, and guest-service procedures What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with the public Able to work independently with limited supervision Good attention to detail and basic math/computer skills Comfortable learning hotel reservation and property-management systems Able to remain calm and make reasonable decisions when handling overnight guest situations Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or cash-handling experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person Schedule Part-time overnight position. Night Audit shifts are generally 11:00 PM-7:00 AM . Availability for weekends and holidays may be required. We are looking for someone who wants to become a reliable part of our team and takes pride in making sure our guests are taken care of — even at 2:00 in the morning.
