Duties Welcome and assist guests during the night shift, providing friendly and professional customer service via phone and in person Check guests in and out using property management systems (PMS), including OPERA or similar hotel reservation platforms Reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in night audit procedures Monitor security cameras, conduct patrols of the property, and enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety for all guests and staff Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with clients to enhance their stay experience Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and incident reports for audit purposes Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and night audit processes Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction via phone and face-to-face Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Previous experience with resort environments or property management systems is preferred Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor to deliver outstanding service during the quiet hours of the night while ensuring operational excellence.
