TownePlace Suites and Tastemade partnered to develop a co-branded cookbook, "Suite Eats," featuring simple, delicious recipes and cooking tips for longer stay guests, encouraging them to take full advantage of TownePlace Suites' full kitchen and Weber grills. TownePlace Suites offers the comforts of home with its "Something Borrowed" amenity which allows guests to borrow games and tools from the front desk. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual to work as a Night Auditor in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, exceptional time-management skills, be comfortable working with a diverse customer bases as well as being respectful to all people who enter the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Balancing the accounts from day shift Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly Creating invoices, bills and checks for vendors, employees and contractors Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
