Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor at our vibrant hotel property! Duties Conduct nightly audits by reconciling all financial transactions, verifying guest accounts, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and accountability. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive stay experience. Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling reservations with professionalism and efficiency. Answer multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests or staff as needed. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks of the property, and responding to emergencies or incidents swiftly. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are in optimal condition. Uphold hotel policies related to guest relations, confidentiality, and safety standards to foster a welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude during overnight hours. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including phone etiquette and guest services procedures.
