Job Description
Hampton Inn by Hilton is seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays an important role in providing excellent guest service during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and enjoys helping guests. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to guests throughout the overnight shift. Check guests in and out of the hotel and assist with room assignments, keys, directions, and general hotel information. Answer telephone calls and respond to quest questions and requests. Resolve guest concerns whenever possible and communicate outstanding issues to management. Perform the hotel's nightly audit and end-of-day procedures. Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe and secure environment during overnight hours. Assist with basic preparation and setup of Breakfast as needed. Availability to work Weekends and Holidays is required.
