As a valued and successful Night Auditor you will be required to: Ensure that all charges of the day have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master Check to see that that all food and beverage outlets have been balanced and zeroed out See that front office charges, miscellaneous charges and adjustments have been posted and balanced out Ensure that all guest charges have been balanced, all appropriate reports have been run and all supporting documentation is attached to the appropriate reports Post room and tax to each guest folio Report all unsafe conditions immediately. Review and analyze all adjustments. Thoroughly understand accounting machines for front office and food and beverage functions. Ensure that each cashier outlet and front office cashier's work has been properly completed and balanced. Check guests in and out and act as a point of communication for customer needs. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training Inform management of any control problems How Will You Be Rewarded?
